ABOUT

The British Columbia Ambassador Program is an annual event that took place in Merritt from 2000-2017. In 2022 the program re-located and now takes place in Lake Cowichan on Vancouver Island. It is open to any person age 17 to 24 who has previously held an ambassador title in British Columbia. Each year three members are chosen to represent the youth of our province. Part of their duties is to travel throughout British Columbia promoting our tri-fold mandate of Education, Motivation & Self Esteem.

The British Columbia Ambassador team strives to:

• Nurture provincial leaders of the future

• Promote and assist with the expenses of post-secondary education

• Forge links of friendship & understanding throughout the communities of British Columbia

The 2024 British Columbia Ambassador program will be held from July 24th-27th, with public events on both Friday & Saturday evenings.
