Welcome to the 
British Columbia Ambassador Program

 On behalf of the British Columbia Ambassador Board of Directors, I would like to wish the out going British Columbia Ambassador team the best of luck in their future endeavors. Our 2010 team represented our province with pride and dignity mentoring and promoting the programs values.  Thank-you for your dedication and commitment, each of you did an incredible job.

The Board of Directors gratefully acknowledge and thank our corporate sponsors and individuals who have given so unconditionally; Merritt Hotel Association, Post Secondary Institutions, City of Merritt’s Mayor and Councilors, City of Merritt’s businesses and the many volunteers and chaperones.  Without the sponsors and volunteers support of the Ambassador Program it would not be possible to continue.   These generous contributions from around British Columbia are 100% given back to the youth through awards, bursaries and scholarships.   Thank-you for believing in the Youth and helping them reach their full potential, investing in the youth of today to ensure excellent leaders of tomorrow.

The programs mandate has always been an honor and passion of mine, to promote Education, Motivation and to Build Self-Esteem.  We take pride in the success of the many programs throughout British Columbia.  The candidates and the team members over the years have proven and demonstrated that these skills and tools they have learned along the way have provided them with options to make positive choices. I want to thank and honor all the past Candidates, Ambassador for making the program for what it is today.  Thank you, sincerely from the bottom of my heart, words cannot express the gratitude that I have for all of you.

To all the past and present directors, and all the volunteers, community members who have invested in our program and our youth I thank you for all your hard work and dedication and taking care of our future leaders.

Finally, to the 2011 Candidates we wish you success and many opportunities for your future.  All your hard work, dedication and commitment has truly, paid off.  Each of you has been waiting for this moment.  Dream it! Believe it!  You will always, Achieve it!
